How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?

We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads to prevent corner dings, seam splits, and warping during transit.

What is your return policy for opened media?

We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the nature of physical media, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items once the shrink wrap has been removed.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
