Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl records, CDs, and apparel are in their original, unplayed, or unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
